BIO for Cecelia “Tele” Jenifer I have been in Real Estate since 1983 in five states. I have been in the Million Dollar Club, won an award for Most Referrals converted to Sales and have been on the Board of REALTORS® in Pennsylvania, Illinois and Virginia. Specialties: Managed Subsidized Housing Project, Co-Managed New Construction Site; Relocation Director for a York, PA Real Estate Company, Sales Agent for Condominium Project and Mentoring New Agents in Illinois. Now I am Relocation Director/New Agent Coordinator at Real Estate III. In 2009-2010 I chartered and was President of the Charlottesville's Women's Council of REALTORS® Blue Ridge. In 2010 Virginia State Secretary, 2011 elected State President Elect for the Virginia State Women’s Council of REALTORS®, 2012 elected President and in 2013 and 2014 I was State Governor, in 2015 Treasurer of the Local Blue Ridge Chapter and 2016 Appointed to Immediate Past President for the Virginia State Chapter. I have held various Leadership positions and served on Regional and National Committees in Women’s Council of REALTORS®. I am presently Immediate Past President of Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and a Liaison Member of the MLS Group. Awards: Relocation Award in Pennsylvania Received the 2009 CAAR President’s Award WCR State Member of the Year for 2010 2017 REALTORS Ethics in Action CAAR Professional Honor Society Recipient 2013-2019 Certifications/Designations: I have the following designations; CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ePRO (Real Estate Technology), GREEN, GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), SFR (Short Sales Foreclosure Resource), TRC (Transnational Relocation Certified) and a member of the WCR (Women's Council of REALTORS®) an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. Personal: I am married to my high school sweetheart; have 3 successful children, 6 fantastic grandchildren. I have completed over 15 half marathons plus numerous 5k’s, 10k’s and 10 miler races. I have also made Porcelain Dolls.
