Johnny has a life-long knowledge of the Charlottesville area marketplace and has over 35 years of real estate and home building experience. As a REALTOR®, he has successfully represented many homebuyers and sellers as well as some of the area’s finest new homebuilders. Johnny is dedicated to customer service, professional service and integrity necessary when buying or selling your home.

Johnny enjoyed his childhood attending Charlottesville public schools, Venable Elementary and Lane High School. While serving in the United States Air Force, Johnny attended Mohawk Valley Community College as well as Utica College then successfully passed the College Comprehensive Tests (CCT’s) which at that time qualified him for a military program allowing him the opportunity to complete his education then become an officer in the United States Air Force. After serving his four year commitment, Johnny decided to return to Charlottesville and began his sales career in the home furnishings business. He then founded and operated a new home building company at which time he acquired his real estate license.

Johnny’s next venture was with Dun & Bradstreet where he spent ten years gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the field of advertising.. Most recently Johnny was president, founder and principal broker for Avalon Realty, Inc., a Charlottesville real estate brokerage company, where he was responsible for the marketing and sales of over three hundred and fifty new homes in the Lake Reynovia and Fontana neighborhoods. Johnny is an avid sports fan, rarely missing a University of Virginia home football or basketball game. He is also an enthusiast of classic European automobiles and enjoys attending car club sponsored s h o w s and activities. Most of all Johnny enjoys the blessings of spending t i m e with his family and friends.
