About Joseph

I have over 40 years in the fields of Medical and Real Estate sales.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Hunter College City University, NY and a master’s in health care administration CW Post College Long Island University, NY. I worked with Bayer Diagnostic Company as account Manager in the New York area for 25 years. In this role, I sold medical equipment and supplies to Hospital Labs. I excelled in this position and was recognized 5 times as the President’s Club winner, and Centurian for outstanding Sales Performance. My volume of sales ranged approximately $20-25 million annually.

While in retirement, I realized that I had a strong passion for sales. Therefore, I joined Real Estate III in 2008 to present.

A combination of sales expertise in Real Estate and Health Care field gave me the experience to represent you as a Buyer and Seller. My training and background give me the ability to understand your needs. Thus, I have the opportunity to represent you throughout the selling process when I put up the sign “For Sale” and later the “Sold” sign. That’s not all, I will research and perform analyses needed for you to find “your dream home.”
