In 2004, Meredith relocated from her native Atlanta, GA to Charlottesville with her husband, Matt, who was starting graduate school in Architecture at UVA. By 2007, when Matt completed his master’s degree, it was clear that Charlottesville was going to be their permanent home.
Meredith began her real estate career in 2017, after the last of her three children began Kindergarten and her husband began his own architecture business, M Design Architects. Meredith applies her vast networking prowess along with her adept interpersonal skills, such as understanding her clients’ interests and helping them to achieve their goals, to help both buyers and sellers. Because of her unique market knowledge, personal connections and her husband’s architectural resources, she is able to bring her clients a multifaceted perspective when buying or selling a home or making an investment.
Meredith is an avid tennis player, a marathon runner, a certified pilates teacher and a barre instructor. She applies the same level of non-stop effort to all of her endeavors and does not give up on any task.
Before the arrival of their children, Meredith worked as a reading specialist and kindergarten teacher at Grymes Memorial School, in Orange, VA. She left Grymes when she had her first of three children, during which time she dedicated herself to being a stay-at-home mom and volunteering for a multitude of non-profit organizations, including: Women’s Committee of Martha Jefferson Hospital, United Way – Thomas Jefferson Area, March of Dimes, The Boys and Girls Club, Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, and her children’s schools, Peabody and Saint Anne’s Belfield.
