Wherever you are at this point in time, Real Estate III has a very special resource for you. Our Relocation Services Center has a dedicated full-time staff available to make your transition easier.

Just say the word, and Linda Oliver, Relocation Director will send you a complimentary personalized information packet. She will provide facts on the entire Central Virginia area–school and tax information, housing costs, maps, local recreation opportunities, worship centers, civic groups and local attractions. She can serve as your “one point of contact” until you are ready to speak with an agent.

Once you schedule a visit, we can arrange for one of our associates to show you the neighborhoods, the schools, the shopping areas–those things that matter to you most. Appointments can be made to tour individual homes as well. Our goal is to be a resource for you, to answer your questions, and provide the information you need to make an informed decision. We understand the dynamics of relocating.
