Who will train me after I am licensed?

Real Estate III has an accredited real estate school. Our new agent training class offers both PLE and CE credit classes. At the successful completion of the 3-week course, you will have 25 of the required 30 PLE credits. Additional classes to complete the mandatory 30 hours during the first year of licensure are also offered by our school. We constantly strive to keep our classes up to date and add new ones to meet the demands of the changing real estate market.

What type of on-going training opportunities are available?

Weekly sales meetings provide an opportunity to share information on inventory, market activity, cooperative brokerage practices and risk management concerns. We have frequent guest speakers discussing topics of current interest. In addition, all classes required for license renewal for both salespersons and brokers are available through the Real Estate III School. We believe in the well educated professional associate and offer numerous opportunities to receive that education.
